Luxgrove homes
A full company rebrand for Luxgrove Homes, a long-standing property developer with whom Ademchic has collaborated on over 15 projects. The rebrand established a refined, contemporary identity that reflects the quality and ambition of Luxgrove’s growing portfolio.

Ademchic was commissioned to refresh Luxgrove Homes’ brand identity, evolving the company’s visual presence to better reflect its position as a developer of high-quality, design-led homes. The rebrand encompassed a new logo, colour palette, typography system, tone of voice, and full digital presence.
I supported the branding phase by contributing to concept development, typography selection, and defining the overall creative direction alongside the lead designer. My primary responsibility on the project was the design and build of the new company website.
The website required a complete rethinking of Luxgrove’s digital experience. I produced a full Figma prototype before developing the site in the newly launched Wix Studio — a departure from the microsite approach typically used for individual developments. This allowed us to build a more robust, responsive platform that could scale with Luxgrove’s future growth.
The final site brings clarity, structure, and calm sophistication to the brand, presenting Luxgrove Homes as a confident and modern developer rooted in craftsmanship and design.
The rebrand marked an important transition for Luxgrove Homes as they expanded their portfolio and ambitions. The new identity and digital platform provided a cohesive foundation for future developments, including several projects I later designed marketing identities for as part of the Ademchic team.
