The Rosemont
Brand identity and marketing design for The Rosemont — a development of seven apartments and three five-bedroom houses in leafy Acton, West London. The visual direction blended contemporary elegance with a calm, design-led sensibility aligned with Luxgrove Homes’ ethos.

Completed in 2024, The Rosemont comprises seven two-bedroom apartments and three expansive family houses set within the residential suburb of Acton, part of the London Borough of Ealing. Ademchic was appointed to deliver the full scope of interior design, branding, and marketing — ensuring every touchpoint worked together as a cohesive, elevated experience.
As Lead Graphic Designer, my focus was on shaping the brand identity and producing the full suite of marketing materials. The visual direction closely mirrored the interiors: refined, confident, and quietly contemporary. Developing the brand in parallel with the interior concept allowed us to create a unified narrative where every brochure spread, layout decision, and marketing asset felt authentically connected to the homes.
In addition to the branding and design work, I supported the production of a promotional video created by GK Videography. I worked on-set during filming and prepared the interview questions used in the feature, which included a tour of the homes and an interview with Luxgrove Homes’ owner, William McKenna. This piece became an important storytelling tool, giving prospective buyers a deeper sense of the craftsmanship and vision behind the development.
The Rosemont represents a seamless collaboration between branding, interiors, and storytelling. The final identity brought cohesion and clarity to the marketing campaign, helping Luxgrove Homes present a polished, design-led collection of homes to the West London market.
